In engem Dialog mit unseren internen und externen Stakeholdern arbeiten wir iterativ in agilen Teams, um detaillierte funktionale und technische Produktkonzepte sowie umsetzungsreife User Stories zu generieren. Die Basis dabei ist ein moderner Tech-Stack und unsere Entwicklungsplattform sowie kreative Freiheit. Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Product Development Team dabei, neue Wege zu erforschen, wie bestehende e-Business-Anwendungen mit Hilfe von künstlicher Intelligenz modernisiert und automatisiert werden können.
Du recherchierst und bewertest KI-Methoden im Hinblick auf den Mehrwert für unsere bestehenden Anwendungen.
Dabei testest du KI-gestützte Ansätze, entwickelst kleine Prototypen, die zeigen wie AI bei unseren Produkten eingesetzt werden könnte (z. B. Code-Generierung und Transformation, Datenanalyse, semantische Suche, Textverständnis oder UI-Optimierung) und erstellst Proof-of-Concepts.
In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Product Ownern und Entwicklern identifizierst du Use Cases und ordnest diese in bestehende Systeme ein.
Du dokumentierst deine Erkenntnisse und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen für das Team ab.
Wenn möglich, unterstützt du außerdem bei der Integration in Tools und interne Prozesse.
Dein Profil
Du studierst IT, Softwareentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Richtung.
Du hast Interesse an KI, Software-Architektur oder moderner Web-Entwicklung.
Du begeisterst dich für digitale Trends und Technologien.
Du bist neugierig und hast Spaß an Analysen und Experimenten.
Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig als auch im Team und dir fällt es leicht, Verantwortung für Themen zu übernehmen.
Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch oder Englisch.

Join us in developing the e-Business solutions of tomorrow! In close dialogue with our internal and external stakeholders, we work iteratively in agile teams to develop detailed functional and technical product concepts and generate implementation-ready user stories. This is based on a modern tech stack and our development platform, as well as creative freedom.
As a working student (m/f/d) you will support our Product Development Team in exploring new ways to modernize and automate existing e-business applications with the help of artificial intelligence.
You will research and evaluate AI methods in terms of their added value for our existing applications.
In doing so, you will test AI-supported approaches, develop small prototypes that show how AI could be used in our products (e.g., code generation and transformation, data analysis, semantic search, text comprehension, or UI optimization) and create proof of concept.
In collaboration with our product owners and developers, you will identify use cases and classify results in existing systems.
You will document your findings and derive recommendations for action for the team.
If possible, you will also help to integrate the findings into tools and internal processes.
Requirements
You are studying IT, software engineering or a similar field.
You are interested in AI, software architecture, or modern web development.
You are enthusiastic about digital trends and technologies.
You are curious and enjoy analysis and experimentation.
You enjoy working independently as well as in a team, and you find it easy to take responsibility for topics.
You speak very good German or English.
